Electric Picnic | Installation

"TO CREATE AN INSTALLATION THAT HAS A FINITE AND TEMPORAL CONCEPT- MADE TO ASSEMBLE, EXIST FOR A MOMENT AND DISASSEMBLE."

This installation was used as a shelter, meeting point, resting point and a place of experience.

The triangular modules were created as an independent structural element. These modules were then assembled as a collective to create the installation. The installation gave a place from which the festival could be experienced, viewed and escaped. The modules were decorated with a marbled pattern, each pattern being unique and emphasizing the individual identity of each piece.

Once the festival of Electric Picnic was over, each piece begins a new existence as a single piece or a small collection as a bookshelf, wine rack, table, seat, etc.
