Stage: Completed planning stage

This project was to secure planning for two apartments at the end of a narrow site so that the client could sell the site with planning permission granted.

The brief was to create two, two-bed apartments with a dual aspect that were accessed from shared stairs in the centre of the plan. The design is simple and modern with an emphasis on ensuring efficient use of space.

The planning package was submitted and granted.
